before they enter this institution which puts them

at a disadvantage. Recognise that ignorance is

costly and learning is critical to your success.

So, when you were a young lad do recall your parents

talking to you about the old traditional role of tying the

NOOSE...I mean Knot and starting your own family?

Of course you do, because GOVT needs taxpayers

and parents want to become grandparents. More.

who would eventually, care for you in your old age.

everything has a COST and starting a family is

one of the most expensive ventures in your life.

and to asses the costs (Legal, Emotional, Financial

and Psychological) of becoming a Husband and/or

Father before saying, “I, do”. Thinking with another

part of one's anatomy can be deadly; however, if,

of Marriage it has always been a business; however,

at its core it's really Legal Prostitution which is Illegal.

Think about it, men and women engage in a mutual

exchange of resources. Women function as Economic

mercenary who, engage hypergamy, while the men

engage in a Cost-Benefit analysis assessing the

feasibility of signing a Legal Contract that holds them

financially liable for any change in the partnership.

They say, Prostitution is the World's Oldest Profession.

Guess what, Marriage is the world’s oldest business.

So, in some ways Marriage has evolved into a Home

Business where after the divorce long-term residual

income is still generated in the form of Alimony

(Temporary, Rehabilitative & Permanent). Imagine,

continued payment to a former partner years after the

separation. Clearly, not a wise investment for any

intelligent businessman because you are receiving no

current VALUE. So, as a man how about a Business

Relationship where you develop an Intimate- Partnership

with customers/clients because you recognise the benefits

of a WIN-WIN situation, while bypassing the

Cost-Benefit Analysis of Marriage and eventual, Divorce.
