Platinum-selling artist Shakira is the second half of the real estate partnership between her and Pink Floyd songwriter George Waters. The two bought Bonds Cay in 2011 for $16 million. The 550-acre island is part of the Caribbean’s Berry Islands, also known as the “Fish Bowl of the Bahamas.”
