How Healy Works?
As simple as it seems to be on the outside, Healy’s inner workings are very complex. There is no need for you to understand all the scientific details in order to enjoy its effects, though!
It is sufficient for Healy to do its job serving your health and well-being. This is just like you don’t have to understand how your car’s engine works: it will drive you to your workplace or back to your loved ones regardless!
Nevertheless, if you are interested in how Healy works, we will explain it in the next few paragraphs. We have simplified these explanations as much as possible so that everyone can understand it.
Light & Mobile
Healy is an EU Class IIa medical device that is designed to be a “wearable,” meaning it can be attached to your clothing.
It interacts with your body via electrodes that are worn on the wrist, or ear clip electrodes, or adhesive electrodes.
One of the reasons why Healy is so small and lightweight is that the user’s smartphone is used as its screen, memory and control unit.
That way you don’t have to carry around anything that’s already present in your phone.
Cell Tension
Healy’s functional principle is based on the theory of Becker and Nordenstrom stating that many diseases or dysfunctions in the body are caused by an unnaturally reduced cell membrane voltage. This means that the voltage difference between the cell interior and the cell interspace is too small. A healthy cell shows a value of approximately -70mV or millivolt. A lower voltage potential than this normal (physiological) value leads to a disturbed cell metabolism and often results in various diseases and health problems.
Frequency Therapy
By introducing currents into the body, Healy is designed to bring the cell voltage back into the healthy (physiological) range. These currents are very low, they are in the range of a few microamperes. The most important criterion for this type of therapy is that the currents are applied in the form of suitable frequencies, which is why this type of therapy is also called “frequency therapy.”
The real working capital in frequency therapy is Nuno Nina’s theory and experience of which frequencies are needed for which disorders. Healy contains in its programs the knowledge and experience of many years of practice with thousands of patients.
