Sugar is taking our modern world captive

Posted by Bobby Brown on May 11, 2021 - 11:12am

Sugar is taking our modern world captive. Too much sugar in our diets can affect the way we think (brain fog), feel (low energy), and move (body aches, joint pain, and bloating). It also opens the door for chronic inflammation and disease in our bodies.

It can also result in a whole list of health issues:

 Digestive Issues
 Chronic Pain
 Weight Gain
 Heart disease
 Depression

.. and too many more to list here.

Since most sugar is hidden in our food, most of us have no idea how much sugar we're really consuming!

Let’s do a 7 Day Reset!

It's time to refocus and cleanse our bodies. Who wants to join me...

May be an image of text that says 'THE DANGERS OF Sugar Causes body to produce less Provides fuel for leptin (needed for appetite cancer cells regulation) Impairs the function of white blood cells Disrupts how amino acids transfer to muscles Spurs insulin resistance, which can lead to Type I| diabetes SUGAR Promotes weight gain Induces oxidative stress blog.paleohacks.com PALEOHACKS'

Simon Keighley Thanks for listing the health issues of eating too much sugar, Bobby - the problem with hiding it in our food is that's we are many times unsure how much we are eating.
