[Quote] Look forward to the losing moments...

There's a benefit to losing; you get to learn from your mistakes. Megamind

So we've all been there. We've thought, "Ok, I'll start tomorrow," or "I'll start when things settle down," or "I'll get started when I have more time."

Months--or even years--later when we've realized we still haven't started yet, we wonder what it really was that kept us from beginning that journey. We're scared we're not going to make it; we won't find success; our friends and family will laugh at us; on and on it goes.

For many of us, it all boils down to one thing: the fear of losing.

We were making excuses as to why we didn't start yet--or why we didn't work it as seriously as we should have. Because, you know, if you don't treat it seriously, then you won't be so crushed when it doesn't work--when you do lose. Treat it like a game, it will be a game. Treat it like a business, it will be a business.

Turn that 'loss' into a 'win'.  You can take a tip from a silly, blue, animated character with an over-stuffed cranium. Megamind says, "There's a benefit to losing; you get to learn from your mistakes."

So let's not be afraid to begin our journey. Let's look forward to the "losing" moments, and glean from them the lesson given to keep pushing forward.

If this is about your home business (your 'anywhere' business), or a project you've been wanting to work on, or a club or group you've wanted to start--no matter what it is--when you feel like you're losing: accept the lesson given, push through, and keep going.

Purpose, Prayer, Patience and Perseverance.

You got this.

Celena Barton Ohhh don't I know it. Sometimes it has to sit with us a while. And sometimes it pushes us in a different direction -- that just might be the lesson at that time. We just can't give up.

M H True... only sometimes we are so sad or angry that we cannot learn in the first moment.
